Calming Moon Milk for Restful Sleep

A gentle ritual drink to support deep sleep and nervous system reset.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ginger

  • Pinch of cardamom

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • 200 mg magnesium glycinate (optional, powder or capsule)


Instructions:

  1. Warm milk in a small saucepan.

  2. Stir in spices and vanilla; whisk until fragrant.

  3. Remove from heat. Add honey and magnesium powder (if using).

  4. Sip in dim light 30–60 minutes before sleep.
