Calming Moon Milk for Restful Sleep

A gentle ritual drink to support deep sleep and nervous system reset.

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger
Pinch of cardamom
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
200 mg magnesium glycinate (optional, powder or capsule)
Instructions:
Warm milk in a small saucepan.
Stir in spices and vanilla; whisk until fragrant.
Remove from heat. Add honey and magnesium powder (if using).
Sip in dim light 30–60 minutes before sleep.
