A simple reminder for every.single.day.
I know that the first one can be tough for me. For as long as I can remember I have compared myself to others, and that has impacted my feelings of worthiness and belongingness. Here's the great catch - if you live by and turn the switch on the other qualities of being grateful, present, and yourself, you will naturally let go of comparison.
Self-love and worthiness are not selfish. They are necessary components of creating a life that you love.
