Power Balls for Energy and Immunity 

5 dates, pitted                                                                                                             

½ cup raw almond butter

½ cup raw tahini (sesame butter)

2 Tablespoons Astragalus root powder
1 Tablespoon Matcha powder
½ Tablespoon Chlorella powder 
2 tablespoons plant-based protein (Healthy Skoop Daily Protein Vanilla)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Optional add-ins: shredded coconut, cocoa or carob powder, cacao nibs, mini chocolate or carob chips, honey (if more sweetness is desired)

Add the dates to a food processor fitted with S-blade. Process into a paste. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the mixture forms a ball or comes together in a clump. If more moisture is needed, you can use almond milk or coconut milk. Thicken as needed with more protein powder or add cocoa powder. Taste a bit of the mixture. I think the dates make it plenty sweet, but you may add a little bit of raw honey (local if available).

Roll into walnut-sized balls and enjoy. I recommend about 2 per day.
