What makes these deviled eggs different is the use of cottage cheese and yogurt. Just ups the protein ratio and still they are super tasty!
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out egg yolks; mash with fork. Whisk in yogurt, cottage cheese, green onion, mustard, salt, and horseradish. If you want a smoother texture then feel free to use an electric beater or blender. Fill egg white halves with egg yolk mixture, heaping slightly. You can either do this simply with a spoon or get fancy using a pastry bag fitted with the piping tip.
Garnish with paprika and parsley.
